What is the cost of shipping?
Our primary mode of Standard Shipping is USPS First Class. Rates are calculated by the weight of your shipment. Shipments may take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on your location. All orders are shipped from San Diego, California. You may choose any of these options at checkout:
USPS First Class Package (1-5 Business Days)
USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days)
USPS Priority Mail Express (1 Business Day)
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard US shipping on orders over $100. We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and other US territories.
Do You Ship Worldwide?
We ship worldwide via DHL and UPS. Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees on packages delivered to outside the US. Please check with your local customs first to confirm our package will pass through their inspection. Shipping fees associated with any returned international packages will not be refunded to you.
Can I ship it as a gift?
Yes absolutely! On the cart page, you may insert a custom note that we will include with your order. Under Shipping Information, you may type in the recipient's address.
Returns
Due to the nature of the products, we do not offer returns on orders you receive. If we send you the wrong product, contact us and we will send you the correct item and pay for the additional shipping costs. You may be asked to provide a photo of your shipment/items.
