Prenatal Preparation for Postpartum:
In a prenatal consultation we'll go over your health history, diet, and lifestyle. We'll discuss potential issues that could arise after birth based on your history and what herbs and foods can support you during that time. We'll work together to build your postpartum herbal medicine cabinet, so you have everything you need on hand after baby is born. We'll also discuss how you can support your body for long-term recovery after pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding. I will provide information on what herbs are most important in postpartum, where to purchase them, and how to use them. I make custom herbal formulas in my apothecary based on my client's specific needs. Clients who book a prenatal consultation with me can contact me anytime during their postpartum for custom formulas to be shipped to their home.
Postpartum:
Postpartum consultations are just like prenatal consultations, but are taking place after the baby is born, so there is no time to prepare. In a postpartum herbal consultation I will address immediate health concerns and issues that come up, as well as how you can support your body for long-term recovery going forward. We will discuss your health history and current diet to determine if changes can be made to improve your postpartum experience. I will customize an herbal formula based on your body in the moment and ship it to your home. In addition, I will provide information on any herbs I think will be supportive in your healing going forward. Postpartum Closing Session
A 2-3 hour in-home session for tending and honoring your postpartum body
What's included:
Womb sobada (abdominal massage) with herbal oil
Rebozo work
Vaginal steaming
Herbal bath
Closing of the bones

In-Home Postpartum Care
Package 1: Holistic Postpartum Care 1x per week for 4 weeks
A blend of in-home visits, herbal remedies, emotional support, and practical guidance.
What's included:
One 60 minute virtual postpartum planning session
Two custom herbal products (tea and tincture)
Belly binding at first in-home visit if requested
One 4 hour in-home visit for the first 4 weeks after birth. (4 in-home visits total)
One womb sobada per visit + one snack prepared
Light home care and meal prep support
Baby care while mom rests
If you would like me to cook a meal during a visit, you can skip the sobada or add an extra hour to your package.

One 60 minute virtual postpartum planning session
Herbal Wellness Kit (1 tea, 1 tincture, 1 sitz bath blend, 1 nipple salve)
Belly binding at first in-home visit if requested
Two 4 hour in-home visits for the first four weeks after birth (8 in-home visits total)
One womb sobada per visit + one snack prepared
Light home care and meal prep support
Baby care while mom rests
